Sesame or Sesamum Indicum oil is a wonderful must-have carrier oil. Sesame oil is often used in hair and facial blends as it contains high amounts of essential amino acids and works wonders for dry skin. Sesame oil can be blended with other carrier oils to mask the strong smell that the sesame oil has.
