Directions

Place mouth over the mouthpiece and breathe in normally through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Prolonged inhalation is not necessary. DO NOT BREATHE OUT THROUGH THE SALTPIPE. When you first use The Saltpipe you may experience some coughing or sneezing as your respiratory system clears. For best results use The Saltpipe regularly. Recommended usage: 15-25 minutes every day. Suitable for adults and children from 5 years. Warning: To be used by one person only for hygenic reasons. To keep The Saltpipe in good working order, clean with a damp cloth, avoid using water, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place. At first you may experience some coughing or sneezing, as your system clears, this is normal.
