Raw Organic Activated Pecans

Truly raw, certified organic pecans, which we long-soak in a saline solution of filtered water and Mountain Spring Salt. This activation process minimises or eliminates enzyme inhibitors, phytates (phytic acid), polyphenols (tannins), and goitrogens (all of which were added by Mother Nature to prevent the precious seeds being eaten and digested). Our gentle drying process (at temperatures below 47ºC) ensures the nuts remain in their nutritious, raw state.
