These pistachios have been lightly roasted which brings out the rich flavour of this vibrant nut. There is plenty of fibre to be had in the inner skin and then the lightly crunchy green kernel to enjoy.

Easily shelled, then roughly crushed and added to green salads, pasta dishes or why mix with breadcrumbs and herbs for a flavoursome fish coating.
