Organic Sprouting Variety Pack

Pack includes:
  • Mung Beans
  • Alfalfa Seeds
  • Aduki Beans
  • Chick Peas
  • Green Lentils

    • Directions

    Beans: Put 2 tablespoons of the bean blend in a jar. Rinse in water and drain off excess water (use either muslin and an elastic band or a germinator jar. Repeat the rinsing and draining at least once a day. The beans will be ready in 4-5 days.

    Seeds: Follow the same procedure as the beans. The seeds will be ready in 3-4 days.
