Ready-cooked Quinoa with Roasted Vegetables

Merchant Gourmet have developed a selection of fresh, fragrant and flavoursome mixtures of tender vegetable medleys that makes a quick and easy meal with delicious quinoa in just a couple of minutes.

Enjoy this ready-cooked quinoa hot or cold. Simply open the quinoa and stir in the fresh, fragrant and flavoursome mix of courgette, sweet onions and lemon for a filling and healthy meal.

Directions:

Microwave:

Peel back lids of both pots a quarter of the way across. Place the pots in the microwave and heat for 1 1/2 minutes (800W). Pour the sauce over the quinoa and stir well. Enjoy! Take care! The pots will be hot after heating.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days.
