Directions:
Use 70g (approx 4 tablespoons) of the breakfast mix with approx. 120 ml of hot water (or your favourite type of ‘milk’ e.g. almond milk) for a satisfying breakfast. Mix well for about 2 mins. Why not add fresh banana, berries or sprouted grains? We recommend that you do not cook the breakfast mix in a pan - simply pour on the hot liquid. This mix can also be added to smoothies for a nutritional boost.
