Where is my order?

All our orders are sent with a tracked courier service. As soon as we dispatch a parcel to you, you’ll receive an email titled ‘Healthy Supplies Shipment Notification for Order No. xxxxxx’ which will list the contents of the package we are sending you. It will also contain the tracking number for your order, and a link you can click to access the courier’s tracking details for your parcel. Please note these may not be displayed until the parcel has been scanned at the courier’s collection depot, so please be patient! If you would like to track your order using the courier’s website, please make a note of the tracking number and enter it on the courier’s tracker here:

The tracking page will give details of your order’s progress, including all delivery attempts. Evri will attempt to deliver three times before returning the parcel to us, while Parcelforce will keep your parcel in their depot or a local post office for 14 days after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, and you’ll be able either to re-arrange delivery on a suitable weekday, or to collect it from them. You absolve us of any responsibility if your package is returned to us because the courier deems your delivery address inaccessible.
