Our couriers follow set routes, and therefore are unable to agree to deliver within a specific delivery window when this is requested. Parcelforce (our couriers for Standard and Express delivery options) usually deliver during working hours on weekdays, and Evri (our couriers for Economy and free delivery options) usually deliver between 8am and 8pm on weekdays. Please note couriers may occasionally deliver at weekends and slightly outside these time frames.
