We’re sorry to hear this. Very often the courier will have left your parcel somewhere - it’s just a matter of finding where! Often, a card will have been left to let you know where the parcel is, but if you can’t find one, please check the courier’s tracking page to check if there’s a delivery photograph and see if you recognise the place. A housemate or family member may have accepted it and put it somewhere safe for you, so please ask everyone you live with. Perhaps your parcel has been accepted on your behalf by a neighbour, so kindly check to see if someone at an address nearby is keeping hold of it for you. Please also have a look in any outhouses, outdoor cupboards, recycling bins or ‘safe places’ on your property (such as behind plant pots). If you still can’t find it, please get in touch via the
