Is Brexit affecting your deliveries?

Unfortunately, yes. We are sadly unable to facilitate orders to the EU. This is due largely in part to Brexit and also to the pandemic. The introduction of import, VAT and customs declarations on orders has caused chaos at borders. Even though we'd worked hard to ensure all orders were labelled correctly and followed the required guidelines, the additional paperwork requirements have caused huge delays at customs. This situation has been worsened by the Covid-19 pandemic. When we originally tried to send EU orders in January, we found a huge amount of orders were lost. Consequently our couriers have suspended all delivery guarantees, meaning we were unable to know exactly when orders would arrive. We don’t want to send orders out without being able to give our customers more concrete information. We have therefore taken the decision to suspend EU deliveries until we can be confident that the orders will reach you. We expect this situation to improve eventually, and hope to restore EU ordering in the fullness of time.
