How can we help?

Can I add items to (or cancel them from) my order?

Yes! As long as your order hasn't been processed, you can easily add to your order or cancel items by clicking on the link titled “Click here to modify your order” in your order confirmation email. You can also add or cancel items in your order on our website by going to the My Orders Screen. Then click on the order you’d like to modify, and as long as it’s still being processed, you’ll see options to add or cancel items. If you do not see the option to add, then this means it is too late to make any alterations to your order.

Please note that if you add to an order, our stated time scales for dispatch will begin again. If there are any problems supplying the items you've added, we'll email you to let you know.
