For a quick meal that is ready in minutes these gluten-free and organic Green Pea Penne are a perfect alternative to your everyday pasta that is high in protein and a source of fibre. Made in Italy with 100% green peas, this pasta is delicious served hot, or cold in a salad, and is certainly not just for pea lovers!
Cooking: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1/2 tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
