We have a large selection of oils with both high and medium smoke points. Several of these oils are suitable for deep frying, shallow frying, sautéing, or gently heating.
We have listed these oils in order of high to low smoke point. Smoke points are the temperatures that oils can withstand. Many of our oils, being cold pressed and un-refined, have reduced smoke points and are most suitable for gentle frying (temperatures 100°C & under).
