FOS or Fructooligosaccharides is a natural fibre that occurs in unprocessed fruits and vegetables. It is low in calories, has minimal effect on blood sugar and is easily added to food or mixed with drinks.. This makes it a very useful supplement.

Directions:

One tablespoon (approximately 10g) taken daily, sprinkled onto cereal, or fresh fruit. Can be blended into yoghurt, fruit juice, smoothies and shakes.
