The freeze-drying process is ideal for preserving the flavour of fresh herbs. The flavour of this tarragon is fresher than normal dried tarragon. This pack will go a long way (this pack contains enough for over 20 typical meals).
Directions for Use
Sprinkle these tarragon leaves directly into your cooking. They work well with white meats such as chicken and white fish. Tarragon works best in casseroles, braised dishes and other slow cooking. In most cases, you can use them as you would use fresh tarragon. As long as there is a small amount of moisture in your recipe then the leaves should absorb enough moisture to reconstitute, soften and release their full flavour. If need be, you can soak them in water beforehand, but there is usually no need.
