Flaxseed granules are an ideal way of taking in omega-3 fatty acids, as well as other essential fatty acids including omega-6 and omega-9. Profusion vitaflax is made from organic milled golden flaxseed, mixed with pomegranate flakes for extra flavour and nutrition. It is made from the whole flaxseed, not the leftovers from flaxseed oil production as is often the case with cheaper flaxseed powders.

Note that flaxseed and linseed are the same thing.

Directions

Take two or three tablespoons of vitaflax per day. You can add it to cereals and things like that. Make sure you include enough liquid (e.g. milk), because flaxseed absorbs a lot of the liquid.
