Trek Cherry Crunch Flapjack is a sweet, sustaining cereal-based snack with cherry infused raisins, oatflakes and protein crunchies (see ingredients below for details). The soya provides good protein content (10g), the oatflakes supply complex carbohydrates and there is an immediate energy burst from fructose (naturally occurring fruit sugar) in the raisins. This flapjack does contain oil and golden syrup, however this still remains a useful snack for active people. If you are looking for a meal replacement bar, then we would suggest one of the Trek Wholefood Bars, as the fat content is far lower and the protein content a little higher.
