Organic Dried Lentil Variety Mix (500g)

  • Organic dried lentil variety mix.
  • Perfect for use in curries, stews and casseroles.
  • High in protein.

Directions

Rinse lentil mix under cold water. Place in a saucepan and cover with fresh water. Bring to boil and simmer gently for 45-50 minutes or until cooked.

Ingredients
Lentils (60%) (red lentils, yellow & red split lentils, large lentils, small lentils), green split peas, green mung beans, pearl barley, pearl spelt.
