Delivery Notice Update 24 March 2020

Dear lovely customers,

Following on from the Prime Minister’s announcement last night, we want to ensure you that as a manufacturer and retailer of food and essential supplies we are classed as a key industry and therefore Healthy Supplies will remain open.

We wanted to let you know how Healthy Supplies is ensuring that we keep our staff and customers safe during this worrying time. We wanted to reassure you that having taken on board all the advice from the World Health Organisation, Central Government and local authorities, Healthy Supplies is doing everything we can to prevent Covid-19 spreading. The situation is quite changeable, so we are ensuring we are staying up to date with the latest advice and will continue to update accordingly:

    Healthy Supplies Policies:
  • All of our office staff are working from home.
  • Our warehouse and production staff are not to come to work if they have a fever, a new, continuous cough or if they feel unwell.
  • All staff are required to wear protective equipment during shifts.
  • Hand washing procedures are in place, and hand sanitiser is supplied to all staff. 
  • We have cancelled all face to face meetings. And have banned all but essential visitors (like couriers and deliveries). All visitors are required to wash their hands and are to keep the recommended distance from staff.

We have hired and trained additional staff, and our amazing team are now working 7 days a week, day and evening to get your orders out. They are dedicated to ensuring you get your items, and I couldn't be prouder of them. In regards to emails. We don't outsource our communications and we are working hard to personally answer all queries. If you haven't heard back from us immediately, bear with us - you will receive an answer. We apologise if it take us a little longer than normal and we thank you for your patience. If for whatever reason you do not want to wait for your order, we understand and we are happy to cancel and refund you. Just let us know.

We would like to ask everyone to be considerate in the way they shop. We understand that these are troubling times but buying more than is needed can sometimes mean that others will be left without. There is enough for everyone if we all work together.

To prevent hoarding and to ensure that stock can be distributed fairly, we have taken the following measures. Please note that these are in place for all future orders:

  • We have cancelled our multi-buy discount.
  • We have limited all customers on the number of items they can buy per line. Currently we are limiting all customers to 3 items per line, this may change depending on stock availability.
  • We have set a weight limit, meaning orders placed are capped at a certain amount.
  • We will only be opening the website for limited periods of time. There will be clear notifications on our site as to when these times will be.

These measures are put in place to ensure that we don't overwhelm our hardworking production rooms and warehouse, or our suppliers. There will be a notice on our site as to when our site will next be open. For now we have chosen to suspend our international delivery service. We will be fulfilling all existing international orders but will not be taking more until further notice. This is because we cannot guarantee, given the current circumstances that our couriers will be able to reach customers in the future.

We are continuing to liaise with our suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products. Due to high demand you may notice on occasion some items on your order may be out of stock. Rest assured that we are working hard to get these items in and hope to minimise any disruption or delays on your orders. It is important that we don't overload the system, and important that we allow our suppliers time to restock and replenish.

It is more important than ever, for us to be able to continue to deliver healthy supplies to the nation. Getting healthy food and products to all our customers is our number one priority, and more vital than ever in these difficult times. In order to do this we need to ask for your patience and support. We would like to ask our customers to be considerate in the way they shop and buy only what they need. We are all in this together.

We are beyond grateful for our amazing team who are working tirelessly day and night to continue to serve our communities. We are thankful for you our lovely customers, for your continual love and support. We are so so appreciative of the lovely messages you send us.
