Unblanched, finely ground Almonds - defatted

This dark brown powder has less fat than ordinary ground almonds and a higher protein content. The flour has a light, nutty and biscuit-like flavour. It is suitable for use in cooking and baking.
Add directly to smoothies, stir into porridge and hot puddings for nutrition, fibre and flavour.
*Please note: The higher protein content may require that more moisture be added to recipes such as cakes and bakes.
