Aromatic Crushed Chipotle Chilli Flakes

• Smokey, rich tasting.
• Medium heat - holds its flavour.

Crushed Chipotle chillies have a strong, rich smoked aroma and flavour. They are a dark red in colour and have a mild to medium spiciness but would add a pleasant heat to any dish. These chillies would work particularly well alongside a barbeque themed dish such as grilled, marinated fish or a smokey Peri Peri chicken.

Try mixing these chillies in with Smoked Spanish Paprika as the seasoning for home-made beef or lamb burgers.
