Charlotte Watts is a qualified nutritionist with over 10 year's
experience. She has written the book 100 Top Recipes for Happy Kids and
100 Foods to Stay Young and regularly writes for publications like Red and
Zest. She has co-presented the BBC's Freaky Eaters as well as GMTV's Beach
Body Boot Camp 2010. She has worked for the prestigious In:Spa retreat
company and lectured in nutrition for both the Institute for Optimum
Nutrition and the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Like us, Charlotte has a no-nonsense approach to nutrition, encouraging an
understanding of food and health, through realistic and enjoyable eating
habits and simple recipes rather than faddish diets.

Charlotte is a practising nutritionist. Based down the road from us in
Brighton, she helps clients to achieve their nutritional and health goals,
whether this is to help specific health conditions, energy issues, lose
weight or to function more effectively. She combines this with yoga
