Directions

Adult and children over 16 years of age: 2 - 3 capsules before every carbohydrate-rich meal. Take up to 6 capsules daily if required.
Ingredients
White Kidney Bean Extract (Phaseolus vulgaris), Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Standardised Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia sinensis), Anti-caking Agent (veg. magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Chromium Chloride prep, Glazing Agent [(hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC)].
