Create a range of rich, moist cakes with this simple base mix. All you need to have in the house is 4 large eggs and 100ml of your preferred cooking oil, and water. Then just add your own choice of flavourings. This special blend of ingredients helps the cake achieve a loose and light crumb. The mix works equally well when used to make one large cake, a tea-loaf, cupcakes or muffins.

Directions
Preheat oven to 175°c.
In a bowl, mix 4 large eggs, 200ml water & 100ml of oil.
Add the cake mix and whisk until the batter is smooth.
Pour into a greased 9 inch round cake tin.
Bake for around 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
