Our dried bird's eye chillies are the perfect edition to any kitchen, especially for those that truly love spicy food and spicy cuisine. You can use these in several recipes to add heat to your dish and in all honesty, a little goes a long way with these chillies! Bird's eye chillies are some of the hottest in the world, so you really can use a small amount and get a huge kick of flavour from them.
You can use these whole, finely chop or grind them down - whatever suits you and your dish best. Bird's eye chilli peppers are used extensively in Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian and Indonesian cuisines. These can be added to salads, stir-fries, curries, sauces, sambals, soups, and marinades.
