Avocado [Refined] or Persea Americana oil is a lighter and more versatile oil but contains less nutrients than it's Crude oil counterpart. It is recommended for those with weathered or ageing skin.

Avocado oil [Refined] contains both saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids as well as vitamins A,B, and D. because of its viscous consistency, this carrier oil is able to penetrate the skins upper layers, making it a wonderful choice when blending oils into a mixture and due to its versatile consistency, it is able to blend more readily.
