Authentic Halloumi Cheese

This premium-quality semi-hard, unripened brined cheese is made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk. It has a high melting point which makes it a perfect choice for frying or grilling. Add it to salads, sandwiches and bakes or grill on a BBQ and serve with your favourite vegetables & dips!
