Gluten-Free Coconut Muesli
Just because you can’t tolerate gluten, doesn’t mean you have to tolerate boring breakfasts. This coconut muesli’s got quinoa and buckwheat flakes, which are both psuedograins packed with flavour but free from gluten. There are seeds for crunch, dates and raisins for squidge, poppy and chia seeds just for the heck of it, and coconut flakes to bring it all together.
