Smoky Garlic Paste - Convenient condiment
Biona Smoked Garlic Paste is a simple way to add flavour (and seasoning) to a variety of savoury dishes. Ideal to lend flavour to Tofu, dips, dressings and sauces. Try mixing with your favourite spices and use as part of a meat or veggie marinade. Great for vegetarians who miss their meat as it mimics the flavours found in Frankfurters/Bockwurst and other smoked meats.
This garlic paste does contain some cane sugar and is quite high in salt, so it is a little naughty! If used sparingly when mixed with other herbs and spices it can still be enjoyed as part of healthy diet. Just remember not to add any further salt to your dish when cooking.
