Hemp seeds contain a wide variety of nutrients. They contain all eight essential amino acids - the constituents of protein - and healthy amounts of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. They can be sprinkled into your cereal or muesli to boost the nutritional value of your breakfast.
Hemp seeds have a nutty taste and can even be eaten as a snack on their own. We offer whole hemp seeds as well as shelled. The whole hemp seeds have a satisfying crunch and of course being unhulled, will provide a little more fibre than the shelled seed. |
