 The Nakd range of snack bars are made from raw ingredients, pressed together. The idea behind this is that if you have a bar that is made solely from fruit and nuts (with no added ingredients), there is little benefit in cooking them or preparing them any further. Certainly we think that this way of preparing food, known as "raw wholefood", is a good idea and worthy of further investigation.
We certainly recommend the Nakd range. They are very tasty, and make a great and nutritious snack. |
