These organically grown white peppercorns have more heat than the black peppercorns, but still have a rounded taste. They add a different flavour note from chilli, with more flavour than heat. These peppercorns can also be used in general cooking such as sauces and casseroles, to add a touch of piquancy.

Directions
In curries: Crush before use with a mortar and pestle or rolling pin. Add to hotter curries for a more fiery heat.
In general cookery: White peppercorns lift the flavour of sauces, soups and casseroles, with a little more heat than black peppercorns.
Toasting before use? Toasting these peppercorns in a hot frying pan just before use will further intensify the flavour. However, they are fine to use without toasting.
