Directions
To make mustard: crush these yellow mustard seeds and add lemon juice or vinegar, plus a little water. You can make artisan mustard by also including some whole (not crushed) mustard seeds and some brown mustard seeds.
Yellow mustard seeds can also be crushed and added to curries.
