Kamut

Kamut is a type of wheat. It grew in Egypt thousands of years ago at the time of the pharaohs. What makes kamut special is that it has unique nutritional qualities compared to that of normal wheat.
Kamut is high in protein and offers a hefty dose of dietary fibre. It also contains lots of vitamins and minerals, including: Zinc, Iron, and B vitamins.
