This Harissa Paste is just one of Chilli Pepper Pete's hot creations. Also based here in Brighton, Pete is obsessed with chillies in all their forms!

Pete recommends using some of this Harissa Paste on your Sunday Roast, preferrably lamb, to recreate a Moroccan Tagine. A powerful blend of chillies, spice and garlic. This is a cheats way of achieving an authentic tasting North African dish.
