Please note that all staff have to pick and pack orders, even the managers, so it is much better to email if possible as we are not always able to pick up the phone. We believe that having a smaller customer service team is better for continuity, and means that you do not get passed around from department to department. In any case, we are only a small company consisting of around a dozen people!
