Charlene is a certified Personal Trainer and Well-being Consultant who takes
a holistic approach to client fitness and lifestyle development, building
programmes from her own extensive education and experience in order to guide
clients towards their health and weight loss goals. She has 16 years in the
fitness industry holding degrees in both Physical Education and Education,
is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association,
holds a REPs Level 3 certificate and is a Stott Certified Pilates
Instructor. She passionately educates people on exercise, nutrition, health
issues and lifestyle changes so they can live a healthy life every day.
