The BEST vegan desserts!
Vegan Raspberry Trifle

Vegan Raspberry Trifle

Vegan Raspberry Trifle! So easy to make and just as delicious as the traditional version. We used raspberry jelly crystals, topped with creamy custard and whipped oat cream. The perfect addition to your festive spread. For a more decadent version, add slices of plain cake to the jelly instead of raspberries.

Mini Pecan Pies

Mini Pecan Pies

We love our mini pecan pies! They are easy to make and extra delicious! Traditional recipes tend to use high fructose corn syrup, but we used maple syrup and coconut sugar so they are cane sugar-free. The coconut sugar really enhances the caramel flavour and brings out the naturally sweet flavour of the pecans. Serve with custard or whipped cream!

Vegan Banoffee Pie

Vegan Banoffee Pie

Yes, we did it, we created the most delicious vegan banoffee pie! Very little cooking required, this is more of an assembly job. It’s a great one to make alongside kids. Remember to place your coconut cream in the fridge at least 8 hours before you start making the pie.

Pavlova

Pavlova

This may be one of our most spectacular puddings to date! This delicious plant-based pavlova tastes just like the real thing! It’s light and sweet with a crispy outside and a lovely soft centre. Vegan meringue is totally achievable and a lot easier to make than you would assume! The secret ingredient here is aquafaba. Yep, thats right! The water from cans of chickpeas. This can be whipped up in a similar way to egg whites! Magic!

Chocolate Pudding Pots

Chocolate Pudding Pots

Our chocolate pudding pots are vegan-friendly and silky smooth. No one would guess that they are made with tofu. Its important to use silken tofu here. It really lends itself to recipes like this, adding a creaminess without the need for dairy.

This recipe makes enough to fill 4 – 6 small ramekins. You can swap the type of chocolate to give your pudding pots a different flavour. We love the idea of chocolate orange pots, or chocolate mint!

Miso Caramel & Raspberry Doughnuts

Miso Caramel & Raspberry Doughnuts

Healthy Donuts? Oh yes, we did it! These donuts are baked, not fried and they have no cane sugar added! Best of all, they taste amazing. The miso caramel in our recipe is made using just dates & miso – so yummy! It gives our donuts a fantastic sweet & slightly salty taste.

Peanut Butter & Raspberry Jam Pancakes

Peanut Butter & Raspberry Jam Pancakes

We bring together two classic flavours: peanut butter and jam and use them to top super fluffy pancakes. To make your jam, follow our Chia Jam Recipe (use freeze-dried raspberries instead of strawberries). The key ingredients to make fluffy vegan pancakes is our apple cider vinegar and oat milk. When you combine these ingredients it replicates the effect of buttermilk, leading to big, fluffy pancakes! Be sure to not over mix the batter or you will knock out all the bubbles.

Hummingbird Cake

Hummingbird Cake

No hummingbirds were harmed in the making of this cake! Like all our desserts in this article, it is very much a vegan recipe.

We made our own, healthier version of the famous Hummingbird cake, which brings together tropical flavours of pineapple and coconut in this sweet, creamy cake.

Bakewell Tart

Bakewell Tart

Bakewell tart is a well loved, traditional British dessert. Our version is missing none of the famous sweet almond flavours, and is entirely vegan. We used sugar replacements in our tart, but if you don’t want to skip the sugar, you can easily replace it with icing & granulated sugar in 1:1 ratio.

Silken Tofu Cheesecake

Silken Tofu Cheesecake

You may be used to firm tofu being used as a meat replacement, but do you know that the silken version can also be used to create a creamy texture in sauces and desserts? It’s the key ingredient in our gorgeous, vanilla cheezecake! It makes a great vegan alternative to cream cheese.

Snicker Bars

Snicker Bars

These amazing 100% vegan bars don’t taste like Snickers, they taste better than Snickers! Dark chocolate layers, slightly salty, creamy nougat and sweet & salty caramel with peanuts – we vote it’s the perfect vegan bar!
