1 -2 Tbsp of Organic Fine Oatmeal - gently exfoliating.
Organic Camu Camu Powder 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 Tbsp of Camu Camu Powder contains Vitamin C to help revive and naturally brighten the skin.
Manuka Honey Active 5+ 250 g (Littleover Apiaries)
1 Tbsp of Manuka honey - moisturising, acts as a mild anti-bacterial, cleanse and sooth.
Other Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp warm water.
Method
- If you want to store your facemask for a week you are best off sterilising a small jar, such as a recycled miniature honey, jam or pickle jar. This is best done in the oven. Or if you are only keeping for a few days, just make sure your chosen vessel is clean and dry. Straight from a dishwasher is fine.
- In a small, clean mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix.
- Pour into your jar and store in the fridge.
- If using immediately*, apply gently with the tips of the fingers in small circles, avoiding the delicate eye area. Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
- Allow to sink in for 10-15 minutes. Gently rinse off with tepid water and pat dry gently with a towel.
