1 tsp Chia Seeds
Organic Pea Protein Powder 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Protein Powder
Vanilla Powder Grade A 25g (Sussex Wholefoods)
pinch of Vanilla
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
pinch of Salt
Natural Cottage Cheese 250g (Longley Farm)
250g Cottage Cheese
Organic Pure Amber Canadian Maple Syrup 248ml (St Lawrence Gold)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (or more, according to taste)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
