Apple & Cinnamon Spiced Chia Pudding

Method

  1. Mix chia seeds with 2tbsp maple syrup and 350ml dairy-free milk, place in the fridge and leave for at least 6 hours.
  2. Heat 1tsp of coconut oil on a medium pan. Chop your apple and add it to the hot oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and gently fry for about 5 minutes – until soft.
  3. Once your chia pudding is ready, pour it into a glass or a bowl, top with cinnamon apples and your favourite nuts.
  4. Enjoy!
