Method

  1. Chop the banana into a powerful smoothie and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 10-15 seconds, remove jug and shake. Then blitz again for up to 30 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a mug or cup. Sprinkle with extra cardamom powder if you wish.
