True Cinnamon Powder 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Organic Ginger Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
¼ tsp ground ginger
Organic Ground Nutmeg 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
a pinch of ground nutmeg
Organic Ground Cloves 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
a pinch of ground cloves
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
Pinch of sea salt
Almond Barista Drink 1l (Rude Health)
240ml plant-based milk
Organic Fairtrade Italian Style Roast & Ground Coffee 227g (Clipper)
100ml strong brewed coffee
Organic Blackstrap Molasses 600g (Meridian)
1 tsp molasses
Buckwud Canadian Maple Syrup 250g (Rowse)
1 tsp maple syrup
Vanilla Paste 100ml (LittlePod)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Place plant milk, molasses, maple syrup, spices, vanilla, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk gently until hot.
- Froth your latte – you can use a blender, milk frother or a whisk. Froth until you reach a desired consistency.
- Pour your coffee into a mug. Gradually add your spiced and whisk gently.
- Top with vegan whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
