Chocolate-Covered Almonds

Method

  1. Gently toast your almonds for about 7-10 minutes on a dry pan until slightly golden. Leave to cool.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a little bowl over boiling water. Add salt and coconut oil if you’re using any.
  3. Dip the almonds in the chocolate carefully to coat them, shake off excess chocolate and place them on the baking paper. Leave to set.
  4. Once the chocolate is set, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
