Chocolate And Hazelnut Pinwheels
This is a super-simple crowd-pleasing recipe, a delicious pastry treat that can be rustled up in minutes and guaranteed to go down well with adults and children alike!
This recipe can also be a savoury dish – just swap the chocolate spread for tomato puree and grated cheese!
375g pre-made puff pastry (we used ready-rolled)
1 beaten egg
1) Grease and line a baking tray with baking parchment. Preheat oven to 180c/gas 6. Unroll the pastry and spread the Chocobella evenly over the whole surface.
2) Roll the pastry up tightly and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3) Take a sharp knife and cut into equal slices. Lay them on the baking tray, baste with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes.
4) Leave to cool for a few minutes and serve.
