  • 3 ripe bananas

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
  2. Layer a baking dish with baking paper.
  3. In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix oil with sugar.
  5. Smash 2 bananas using a fork. Add oat milk and bananas to your oil and sugar mix and mix well.
  6. Combine dry and wet ingredients together.
  7. Add nuts and raisins and mix well.
  8. Pour the banana bread butter into your baking dish and place a banana cut in half on top.
  9. Place in the oven and bake for 45-50  minutes.
