Arab settlers were the first to cultivate apricots in Italy during the 10th century. They suit the Italian climate. Nowadays, Italy is the largest producer of apricots in Europe, with the harvest in June and July. Fresh apricots are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, are high in other antioxidants, most notably flavonoids, potassium and fibre.

• Each jar is made with at least 7 organic apricots, a slice of organic apple, a drop of organic grape juice, a splash of organic lemon juice.
• Nothing else is added. No refined sugar. No pectin. No additives. No preservatives.
