Our freeze-dried black raspberries preserve all the nutrients, minerals and antioxidants of the fresh fruit, however with the water removed these will have a longer shelf life - and you'll get more value for the cost! 250g of freeze-dried black raspberries equates to around 600g of fresh berries.
Black raspberries are extremely high in antioxidants and anthocyanins, even more than blueberries and blackberries, which makes it a fantastic ingredient.
