100g.
Our ground sumac has a distinct citrusy flavour to it, as well as being able to deliver a kick of spice to any kind of dish. This product has almost no aroma to it, however it's taste is very much the opposite with it's strength and pungency. Because of this, sumac makes a wonderful spice rub for meat, and meat alternatives, it's also great in marinades, roasted vegetables, hummus, salads and more to give an extra zesty flavour.
Sumac is also a wonderful source of antioxidants, making it one of the healthiest spices out there in the world. This product is a great substitute for lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, or vinegar.
Ingredients
